Motherhood has been a road that has brought me down many different paths however my most rewarding path has been creating special needs apps, which I never would have dreamed of doing, if it wasn’t for my second son introducing me to the world of autism.

My son is a very visual learner and I found using photo books to teach him everything from simple vocabulary, daily living skills, visual schedules and even to help him recall events was key to his learning style. I also knew photo books could help so many others with special needs, hence i Get It! was born.

i Get It! has given me a sense of purpose and a way of giving back from my life experiences that I never would have done, had I not had my son.
